Our Story
Founded by Tigist Alene, SkillUP The Youth began with a simple yet profound mission: to support young girls from financially disadvantaged backgrounds in pursuing higher education. Inspired by the success of our early efforts, we expanded our programs to include vocational training and mentorship, formalizing our work as a registered NGO in 2024.
